A BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The property is divided into multiple floors and can be accessed from two different entrances on Via Della Repubblica. The entrance for your guests is from the stairs on Via Loggetta or you can enter directly from the private garage.

THE HISTORY OF THE VILLA

This Villa was created from an old colonial house used by farmers until the 1950s, which was then expanded over time according to family needs and bought in the 1980s by the parents of the current owners as a summer residence.

The owner was a doctor from Naples who wished to spend all those short vacations he had relaxing, enjoying the crisp air of the Amalfi Coast. During that period, improvements were made with a stylish touch connected to the area.

The Ceramics, the bathroom tiling, the creation of the porch, the Fireplace lined with Vesuvius stone and sculpted by artisan hand as well as the double lancet windows made by one of the very last living artisans who work the stone.

The intent was to create more areas dedicated to relaxation for the family and friends. To solve the parking problem, a garage for 3/4 medium cars was built.
